Welcome to “Taking Truth to Action,” a curated educational program available online and designed to support you in teaching the truths, history, and impacts of the Residential School System. This week-long series, brought to you by the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation, offers a range of free, age-appropriate resources for students in grades 1–12. You’ll find sessions featuring the voices of Survivors, Indigenous artists, athletes, and subject matter experts, all aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of reconciliation. These sessions are available in English or French, and some with ASL, to help you build meaningful and impactful lessons.
